Gaïa de Château Puybarbe - 2018

Resplendent in ruby red, Gaïa effuses of ripe blackcurrants, roasted coffee and dark cacao, fine tannins and a savory finish

This is a lovely wine drinking in its youth. A blend of Merlot (76%), Cabernet Sauvignon (22%), with a twist of Malbec and a pinch of Cabernet Franc, this wine is then aged in stainless steel vats, allowing the grapes to speak for themselves. 

This wine is perfect for lighter meals like roasted chicken, rich salads, or vegetarian dishes.
