This is a generous wine from our best vineyards. It starts with a typical blend of Merlot (75%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%) with lower percentages of Malbec and Cabernet Franc. It is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels until it’s bursting with color and flavor.
Looking to make a meal of it? This wine stands tallest around peppered red meats, entrecôte, steak, lamb, game, wild duck or mature cheese.
